Customer Service

With a combined experience of over 50 years, our Customer Service Department has a great understanding of each customer’s needs.

Our customers are designated a specific Account Manager to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service. 

We can operate Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) systems for our customers, whereby we assume responsibility for the timely replenishment of our customers’ stock.  We work closely with both the purchasing department and estimating department to ensure we keep up to date with supplier trends and lead-times.  We closely monitor forecasts and demand, acting quickly upon any changes, which is critical within the FMCG markets.

We are able to work with customers MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) systems and incorporate this in to VMI, allowing us to operate JIT (Just in Time) and DTL (Direct to Line) practices.  We offer weekly progress reports to all of our customers, showing live stock levels which enable them to keep track of inventory.
