Privacy Policy

The Group will keep customer and supplier details to enable it to conduct business transactions in an orderly manner. Information is solely used for the purpose of effective trading.

The Group holds information within its central systems which are kept safe and private from outside sources. The Group will not sell private data for marketing or financial benefit. The data which is held only relates to information required to perform the groups trading relationships with customers and suppliers. General data will be held indefinitely unless a justifiable request is made to have certain information removed from the groups systems. The Group may share information with third party organisations on a need to know basis, this may include third party suppliers, certification bodies and legally required authorities. The Group may use your information to periodically communicate information about events and happenings within the group and may extend to marketing activities. You will appreciate legitimate information needs to be held to ensure effective communication between customers and suppliers. The object is to make sure that there are good working relationships between parties for the benefit of efficient trade.
