Business Development Manager

We are looking to strengthen our Business Development Team with a high calibre Printed Folded Carton Sales Professional, who has a proven track record and a passion for opening and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with our internal team, the role will require you to identify and create new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of accounts in a wide range of industries.

You should be self-driven, results-oriented, work with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality service. You should also be ambitious, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts, reliable, tolerant, and determined. A good communicator, well presented and possess a business-like mind. You should have knowledge of design led bespoke products and ideally will have some experience of selling products into any of the following markets: Food and beverage, engineering and automotive, healthcare or pet care. Any knowledge of the printed folded carton industry would be of particular interest, although not essential. You could have previously held one of the following roles: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Territory Sales manager, Account Manager.

Quality Assurance / Health and Safety Manager

The Opportunity:

We’re now looking for a motivated Quality Assurance / Health & Safety Manager to help promote a safe working environment whilst ensuring a quality final product is achieved for our customers. 

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll play a key role in ensuring our folding carton packaging is manufactured to the highest standard. 

Whether you already have QA/HSE experience at management level, or are looking to take the step up, we’d love to hear from candidates with confidence, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Making sure our final packaging product meets the company's high-quality standards by adhering to stringent internal and external policies. 
  • Ensuring industry specific legislation is met, along with detailed knowledge of our customer’s market requirements. We are heavily involved with food and healthcare related industries with regards to our cardboard-based packaging products. 
  • Promoting a safe working environment throughout our company, whilst ensuring productivity and efficiency is maintained.
  • Ensure that employees comply with safety legislation and that safety policies and practices are adopted and adhered to.

 

What We’re Looking For:

The right person for the role can demonstrate:

  • Good organisation and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Methodical and structured approach to documentation reporting.

 

Experience That Would Be Helpful:

  • Knowledge from within a packaging industry would be very helpful.
  • A similar role within the food or healthcare industry could be an advantage.
  • Experience with BRCGS certification would offer a significant advantage.
  • Understanding of FSC and/or PEFC certification would be of interest.
  • A previous role within QA/HSE would be favourable; either at management level or at assistant level.
  • Audit experience (internal and external), would provide confidence. 

Some support and training could be provided to a candidate with some undelaying knowledge, with the right attitude and ambition to progress.

Sales Lead Generator

The Opportunity:

We’re now looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Executive to help drive new business growth within the folding carton packaging market.

This is an exciting opportunity where you’ll play a key role in identifying potential customers and generating enquiries across a wide range of industries.

Whether you already have lead generation experience or are looking to begin a career in sales and business development, we’d love to hear from candidates with energy, confidence, and a proactive mindset.

 

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Researching and identifying potential customers using online tools, LinkedIn, exhibitions, retail analysis, and internal databases
  • Engaging with prospects via phone, email, and social media
  • Generating new sales enquiries and business opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to support business growth
  • Building relationships with companies across sectors including food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, and pet care.

 

What We’re Looking For:

The right person for the role can demonstrate:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, self-motivated, and results-driven attitude
  • Confidence speaking with new contacts and decision makers
  • Good organisation and attention to detail
  • A proactive approach to finding and developing opportunities

 

Experience That Would Be Helpful:

  • Previous experience in lead generation, sales, account management, or business development
  • Experience within packaging, print, or manufacturing industries would be very helpful, but not essential.
  • Knowledge of folding carton or cardboard packaging markets would again be helpful but not essential.
  • Experience selling into food & beverage, healthcare, automotive, engineering, or pet care sectors

However, full support and training will be provided for the right candidate, with the right attitude and ambition.
