Business Development Manager

We are looking to strengthen our Business Development Team with a high calibre Printed Folded Carton Sales Professional, who has a proven track record and a passion for opening and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with our internal team, the role will require you to identify and create new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of accounts in a wide range of industries.

You should be self-driven, results-oriented, work with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality service. You should also be ambitious, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts, reliable, tolerant, and determined. A good communicator, well presented and possess a business-like mind. You should have knowledge of design led bespoke products and ideally will have some experience of selling products into any of the following markets: Food and beverage, engineering and automotive, healthcare or pet care. Any knowledge of the printed folded carton industry would be of particular interest, although not essential. You could have previously held one of the following roles: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Territory Sales manager, Account Manager.

Junior Business Development

We are looking to strengthen our Business Development Team with a position in Business Development.  Working closely with our internal team, the role will require you to identify and create new business opportunities within the carton industry.  The successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day sales activities, generating new leads, and promoting the company’s carton offerings. 

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to make a real impact within our team.  You should be self-driven, results-oriented, work with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality service. You should also be ambitious, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts, reliable, tolerant, and determined. A good communicator, well-presented and possess a business-like mind.

Whilst knowledge of the carton packaging industry might be beneficial, we are keen to teach the successful candidate about our products and market sector.  The successful candidate will be a ‘Hunter’, an individual who shows a passion and desire for unearthing new enquiries, opportunities and lead generation.  This role is perfect for someone who’s just starting out but is eager to learn, grow, and make a big impression in the world of sales.
