We are looking to strengthen our Business Development Team with a high calibre Printed Folded Carton Sales Professional, who has a proven track record and a passion for opening and converting new business opportunities. Working closely with our internal team, the role will require you to identify and create new business opportunities and manage a portfolio of accounts in a wide range of industries.
You should be self-driven, results-oriented, work with a positive outlook, and have a clear focus on high quality service. You should also be ambitious, credible, and comfortable in dealing with both internal and external contacts, reliable, tolerant, and determined. A good communicator, well presented and possess a business-like mind. You should have knowledge of design led bespoke products and ideally will have some experience of selling products into any of the following markets: Food and beverage, engineering and automotive, healthcare or pet care. Any knowledge of the printed folded carton industry would be of particular interest, although not essential. You could have previously held one of the following roles: Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Territory Sales manager, Account Manager.

We are seeking an experienced Reprographics & CAD Technician to join our pre-press and studio team within the folding carton packaging industry. This is a key role, responsible for preparing customer artwork for print, producing accurate CAD layouts, managing reprographics processes, and ensuring all files are production-ready to the highest quality standards.
Working closely with customers, designers, account managers, and the production team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality printed packaging while ensuring artwork accuracy, colour consistency, and efficient workflow throughout the process.
What You’ll Be Doing:
· Preparing, amending, and verifying customer artwork for lithographic carton production.
· Producing and maintaining CAD drawings and packaging layouts.
· Operating reprographics and pre-press workflows, including CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems and plate production.
· Carrying out trapping, step-and-repeat, imposition, and artwork preparation for print.
· Setting up and verifying dielines.
· Barcode verification and artwork quality checks using industry-standard software.
· Artwork compliance checks.
· Colour management checks.
· Preparing proofs for approval.
· Liaising with designers, brand owners, customers, and internal production teams.
· Document control, file management, and revision history.
· Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the reprographics and pre-press department.
· Working efficiently to meet production schedules and customer delivery deadlines.
What We’re Looking For:
· Experienced reprographics or pre-press professional with a strong understanding of packaging artwork, lithographic print production and carton construction.
· An individual with good technical knowledge, attention to detail and enjoy working in a packaging design studio environment, where quality is paramount.
Experience That Would Be Helpful:
· Proven experience in print reprographics within the folding carton or packaging print sector.
· Hands-on experience with CTP (Computer-to-Plate) systems and plate production.
· Proficient in industry-standard software including Esko, ArtPro+, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and GlobalVision.
· Sound understanding of the lithographic printing process as applied to carton production.
· Skilled in trapping, step-and-repeat, imposition, dieline setup, and barcode/artwork verification.
· Experience working with brand guidelines and colour management, including Pantone, ICC profiles, and spot colour builds.
· Ability to liaise confidently with designers, brand owners, customers, and print production teams.
· Excellent attention to detail with a quality-first approach to artwork accuracy.
· Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
· Good communication skills with experience managing proofing and customer approval processes.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
