Further Development of Management Information System 2005

 

Another phase of Kingston Carton’s integrated communication plan has been completed. This phase involved a computer programme launch to bring together the customers requirements for delivery with the production and storage plans of cartons.

The communication and planning of production, stock control and delivery system is now seamless.

Alan Smith (Production Manager) says, "Yet another successful step in integrating and improving the systems within the business which ensures customers are serviced to the highest standards".

Stuart Dalgliesh (Customer Service Manager) says, "Our job is to work for the customer ensuring they receive a quality product with continuous supply.

This system now strengthens my department’s ability to ensure our already second to none level of service is improved upon.

Our aim is to be number one supplier to all our customers and with the aid of this tool it will help us retain that status".
