Kingston's Apprentice of the Year Nomination - Hull Daily Mail
As part of Stefan's modern apprenticeship, he has passed all key skill examinations and submitted his NVQ level three, for which he has been awarded the full Advanced Modern Apprenticeship Certificate in Carton Manufacture.
His nomination has been a direct result of his hard work and commitment in pursuit of his NVQ, for which he has taken on additional roles with the company. In addition, Stefan has also been attending night school at Hull College, studying a two-year BTEC national in business. Stefan said: "This has provided me with an excellent and valuable opportunity to not only learn the carton manufacture trade in great detail, but to also develop key skills. The apprenticeship scheme has helped both my personal and professional development, while also providing me with the opportunity to pass on my experience and skills to other apprentices joining the company."
