Quality Management Commitment
Kingston Carton have a well-established and long-standing reputation for their commitment toward employee development and quality management training.
This has been demonstrated through the company's decision to run training courses in both ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems and Internal and Practical Auditing. As part of Kingston's ISO 9001:2000 certification, it is required that only the company's Quality Manager and his/her Deputy attend such courses.
However, realising the benefits, the company have taken the decision for eight employees to attend both courses, which has proven extremely beneficial in developing both their skills and knowledge of these areas.
Gary Tebbutt, Kingston's Quality Manager said: "This is yet another example of Kingston's long-term commitment toward continuous improvement and employee development. Here at Kingston Carton our employees are a key asset and have been the driving force behind the company's growth and success".
