Kingston Carton Install In-line Ultra Violet Coater
Kingston Carton Company has further strengthened its printing equipment portfolio by the installation of an in-line Ultra Violet Coating Unit. This capital expenditure demonstrates the company’s commitment to providing a wide range of finishes to all its customers.
The company is able to offer either conventional emulsion coating or ultra violet coatings dependent upon the customers needs. Mr Gary Tebbutt (Print Manager) says "whilst slightly more expensive as a coating UV is often seen as a necessity by customers as it adds a high gloss level and finish to their premium brand products.
Here at Kingston Carton we will endeavour to achieve the highest finish levels whatever the specification of coating asked by the customer. Many customers are surprised at the level conventional emulsion coatings can achieve, however for those customers who definitely require a higher gloss level we are able to accommodate their requirement".
