Kingston Carton Company Announce Warehouse Extension Plans
Planning permission has now been granted for an extension of the existing finished goods warehouse. This increase in floor space will enable further good warehousing practices to be developed.
More staff and better equipment to complement the increased layout will bolster the already efficient warehouse. Kingston Carton has always offered customers the advantage of stock holding to complement their JIT and MRP systems.
Alan Smith (Production Manager) says, "The added space will further improve efficiencies for our warehouse team. Picking and loading times will be reduced allowing the company to keep light on its feet, enabling our already superb service to be continued and improved upon".
